Likewise, I feel no sympathy for Double Wide Spears; some overly sensitive types are upset that critics dared judge her physical appearance in their reviews of the pop star's ill-fated comeback. Hell, she got off easy. They could've focused on her obvious lack of talent.
Spears, like many of her contemporaries, has nothing to offer save sex appeal. Now she's lost that.

Southern Living has checked in with its ratings, and I feel vindicated: George's, on Highland Avenue, ranked first, followed by Ann's Snack Bar on Memorial Drive. Never patronized the latter (though I've heard great things), but I've been a vigorous booster of George's for more than a decade. It's worth your while, though the namesake and his dedicated coterie of alcoholics are missed.
The Canadian bacon and swiss burger, however, remains consistently delicious.
